A 3D-printed frame for the Drop-Top fender for Pint by The Float Life, that fits on an XR Growler. Printed from flexible TPU, it’s sturdy, reliable and does an excellent job overall.

Growler Front Footpad Mod

A quick post on how I mod my front footpad for the Growler. The main point is making the slight cutout for the tire gap, but I also show how I cut my grip tape, make the sensor layers less prone to separating at the corners, and paint my pad.

Float Plate Solo Modification: Adding Some Holes

The Float Plate Solo is great, but the problem with it is it’s partially attached by sticky tape. Makes you think twice before doing a maintenance, as it’s a huge pain to clean it off and re-stick afterwards. All that while you already know it won’t be long before you’re doing it again. Once is enough, I say. Let’s drill some holes and screw it down to the rails just like on the other side of the wheel!
